PAXTON INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES LTD. - Election of Directors

We are pleased to report that the Paxton International Resources Ltd. held its’ Annual General Meeting today and that Leroy Rothrock, Robert A. Hubbard, Robert J. Macdonald and Brian W. Elliott were re-elected as Directors of the Company.

It is with deep regret that we have to announce that Robert K. Wallace, Chairman of the Board of Directors for the past five years, determined that he could not devote the time he felt was necessary to fulfill his role as a Director of the Company and therefore he did stand for re-election to the Board. Mr. Wallace has served during a very difficult period for the Company. The Company will miss him and we wish him good health and every success in his future endeavours.

Mr. Elliott is the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.
