PAXTON INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES LTD. - New Special Projects Division

In an effort to diversify and generate new revenues for the Company, I am pleased to announce the formation of a new Special Projects Division of the Company. Allen Soltis has joined Paxton as Director – Special Projects. Allen, who has been involved in the forest industry for over twenty years, has significant experience in logging, sawmill and value-added manufacturing operations in British Columbia, Alberta and the Yukon. In addition, Allen has been a consultant to various forest companies and Aboriginal groups on forest and environmental related matters. The Special Projects Division will focus on developing new markets and value-added opportunities that fit in with the Company’s strengths. This is another step forward in the continuing turnaround of Paxton.

The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of John F. Dunlop as a director of the Company.
