PAXTON INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES LTD. - Board Resignations

The Board of Directors regret to announce the resignations of Mr. Glen Simmie and Mr. Philip Walsh. Messrs. Simmie and Walsh joined the Board to assist in the $1.5 million private placement that was completed earlier this year. With this private placement now completed, they want to devote their time to their other business interests. The Directors want to acknowledge the contributions of Mr. Simmie and Mr. Walsh to the Company and we wish them every success in their other business ventures.
