PAXTON INTERNATIONS RESOURCES LTD. - Application
for Extension of Warrants Expiration Date
The Company is applying to the Canadian Venture Exchange
to have expiration period of the Share Purchase Warrants
issued pursuant to the Private Placement of 2,000,000 units
that closed September 16, 1999 extended for an additional
year. The original exercise period for the Share Purchase
Warrants was for one year expiring in varying tranches to
September 16, 2000. The extension requested is as follows:
