Brian W. Elliott, President and C.E.O. of Paxton International Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce the completion of a $500,000 private placement of 2,000,000 units announced July 22, 1999. The offering consisted of units comprised of one common share of the Company and one non-transferable share purchase warrant.
