PAXTON INTERNATIONS RESOURCES LTD. - New President, CEO & COO

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Mr. Robert K. Wallace is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian W. Elliott as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Elliott is a chartered accountant and M. B. A. from the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Elliott brings extensive business experience in financial matters, having been qualified in B. C. Supreme Court and British Columbia Securities Commission public hearings as an expert witness.

Mr. Stuart M. Norman was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Norman has had significant involvement in the operations of the Company for a number of years and has been a major factor in the Company's success.

The directors of the Company are Barry Whelan, Stuart Norman, W. T. (Digby) Porter, Leroy Rothrock, Brian Elliott and Robert Wallace.
