PACIFIC CALCIUM INC. - Record Sales in March and April 1999

The Company is pleased to announce that Pacific Calcium, Inc. (PCI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Paxton International Resources Ltd., has achieved record sales in March and April beating all records for these two months in their 25 year history.

PCI, in the past year, has identified new products and markets along with a restructuring of its plant operations that have contributed to this success. PCI has also entered into a Letter of Agreement to manufacture Schultz® Lime Plus™. The Schultz Company, of St. Louis, Missouri, has been in operation since 1947 and is widely accepted as leaders in horticultural products.

Nature’s Intent Environmental Products, Inc. (NI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Paxton International Resources Ltd., has completed product trials and market research and will be retailing its product line in the summer of 1999. Professional Turf Center Inc., of Tigard, Oregon, has agreed to distribute the full NI product line through their network to a wide consumer base.
