PAXTON FOREST PRODUCTS INC. - 10-Year Timber Sale License Awarded

The Company is pleased to announce that a subsidiary of Paxton Forest Products Inc. (PFP), a wholly owned subsidiary of Paxton International Resources Ltd., has been awarded a 600,000 m3 10-year Timber Sale Licence by the Ministry of Forests.

The Company has in the past year undertaken rigorous efforts to secure long-term fibre supply. This Licence Award will ensure growth, continuity and stability.

PFP can now focus on building long-term relationships, contracts and increasing its market and market share. US and Canadian National Buyers have already indicated their willingness to enter into long-term commitments upon PFP securing fibre supply.

We believe this to be a tremendous and positive stride forward for PFP. This will not only allow us to strengthen and increase our position as a market leader in the Round Wood Industry, but to continue to develop profitable products in the value added sector which will ultimately reflect in our bottom line.
