PAXTON FOREST PRODUCTS INC. - Secures New Timber Sale License

The Company is pleased to announce that Paxton Forest Products Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Paxton International Resources Ltd., has acquired a new timber license in the Vernon Forest District.

The License details are as follows:

• Area: 200 ha.
• Sawlog: 40,000 m³
• Small Diameter: 20,000 m³
• Term: One Year

This represents a 75% to 100% increase in our normal winter harvesting volumes. This significant development will facilitate overall growth and further improve our bottom line.
