PAXTON INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES LTD. - Consolidation and Name Change Approval

On Sept. 18, 1998, shareholders approved a one for three consolidation and a name change from Paxton Pacific Resource Products Inc. to Paxton International Resources Ltd.

The common shares of Paxton International Resources will be posted for trading on the ASE in substitution for the common shares of Paxton Pacific Resource Products at the opening of business on Nov. 11, 1998.
