PAXTON PACIFIC RESOURCE PRODUCTS - Appointment of New President and CEO

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Michael Stephenson has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Paxton Pacific. Since February of this year, the Board has been very satisfied with the strong progress of Paxton Pacific's various business interests under the stewardship of Mr. Stephenson. Mr. Stephenson has also orchestrated an internal reorganization of Paxton Pacific's affairs, which will ensure a highly effective deployment of Paxton Pacific's resources. The Board believes Paxton Pacific is now poised for a strong growth phase, and are confident that Mr. Stephenson, with his strong business administration and corporate finance skills and experience, will steer Paxton Pacific towards exponential, sustained growth and shareholder value.

The Board is also pleased to announce that Stuart Norman has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, and Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Norman has served as President of Paxton Pacific for a number of years, and during his tenure has taken Paxton Pacific from a development stage company to a multi-million dollar revenue producing logging, wood products, agricultural, and fertilizer production company.

Mr. Norman has extremely strong operational skills and he will continue to be actively involved in all operational matters of Paxton Pacific. The Board extend its deep gratitude to Mr. Norman for all of his efforts as the main catalyst in ensuring the current success of Paxton Pacific.
