PAXTON PACIFIC RESOURCE PRODUCTS - Announces Michael Stephenson, IRG Services Appointments

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michael Stephenson as Executive Vice President, effective immediately. Mr. Stephenson's experience in private as well as public companies will complement the Paxton Management Team and will prove invaluable in assisting the future development of Paxton.

Further, the Company has engaged the services of Investor Relations Group Services Ltd. (IRG). IRG will handle all aspects of communications for Paxton and will deal with all pertinent audiences including institutional and retail shareholders, stakeholders, and interested investors worldwide. IRG has been successful in maximizing benefits derived from shareholder, investor, media, and public relations activities for public and private companies, since 1994.
